Where are you based and do you travel?
Our home base is in the Birmingham, Alabama Metro Area, and we're enthusiastic about traveling! Should you wish for us to capture your story outside our local area, a travel fee will apply, determined by the location of your session.
What is the best way to communicate with you about my session?
All communication regarding your session will take place via email or through the booking platform. Be sure to check for updates, confirmations, or schedule changes. If you haven’t heard back within 48 hours of contacting us, please feel free to send a follow-up message.
Is there a retainer required?
Yes, there is a retainer due at the time of booking. Retainers are non-refundable.
What's a session consultation and why do I need it?
A session consultation is a one-on-one Zoom meeting where we discuss your ideas and vision for your session, allowing me to better understand how to best meet your needs.
Where can I view pricing for sessions?
Photo session pricing is covered in detail during your consultation call and is also available on our booking site.

What's the turnaround time to receive photos?
Within 24-48 hours after the photo shoot, you will receive a link to a password-protected online gallery. Here, you can select your preferred images for editing. You'll have a 48-hour window to make your choices. Once the edits are finished, the finalized photos will be delivered through the same gallery. You can easily download all the photos, share them with friends and family, select your favorites, and even order prints!
*You may not use any unedited, watermarked photos without the photographers permission.
What time should I arrive for my session?
Kindly arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled shooting time. If you anticipate being late for any reason, please inform the photographer. Note that the photographer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule your session if you exceed a 15-minute delay.

All photographs by RavenB Photography, LLC are original artistic creations and are protected by copyright under section 102 of the Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. 102).
Unauthorized copying or scanning of images for use in email, print, or on the internet without the written permission of RavenB Photography,LLC is strictly prohibited and constitutes copyright infringement.
Clients are granted permission to tag their own photos and share those images posted on RavenB Photography, LLC Facebook and Instagram pages, provided that the photo remains unedited, unaltered, uncropped, and the watermark logo is visible.
Please be aware that all RavenB Photography, LLC photos may be featured in advertising on our website, social media pages, and promotional materials, unless a written request is submitted to the photographer indicating otherwise.
